SAKARIAH JACOB Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sakariah Jacob possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a diverse and accomplished career. His professional journey commenced as a project coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he dedicated ten years to ensuring the timely and budgetary completion of several large-scale projects. His contributions encompassed various sectors, including multi-family housing, government office buildings, universities, schools, hospitals, and bank buildings. In 2023, Mr. Jacob founded Jacob Construction Company, LLC. His company engages in ground-up construction of commercial properties and remodeling residential houses and commercial properties.
ADRIAN JACOBPARAYIL Chief Operating Officer Adrian is a University of Texas in Dallas graduate with an MBA in Real Estate. Adrian works closely with the architects and engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment suppliers to ensure that the required resources are available on time and every project is completed in a timely and budgetary manner. Adrian also works with city and other statutory authorities in relation to permits, inspections, and approvals.
